A Year of Impact: Transforming HCP Engagements with Docquity

As we enter 2024, we wanted to thank our community for your support in helping us build Docquity as the preferred platform of choice for HCPs across the region.

2023 was a strong year for us as we:

  1. Grew our HCP base to over 410,000 verified doctors within Southeast Asia and Taiwan. We are now ramping up to expand our platform to additional markets.
  2. Evolved our HCP engagement approach to an Omnichannel Touchpoint driven method, which reaches out to HCPs via 5 specific touchpoints per doctor based on individual preferences: the Docquity platform, dedicated emails, messaging platforms, social media and through virtual medical reps.
  3. Launched Docquity Insights, a unique way of understanding HCP personas, preferences (across channels and topics) and learning themes per therapeutic area, built on over six years of HCP engagement data across Docquity and other channels.

It is with these developments that we have been able to become the commercial partner of choice for our clients. Leveraging our in-depth insights on HCP preferences, in 2023 we introduced the Docquity Awareness to Advocacy (A2A) program, with a single-minded focus on helping clients deepen engagements with HCPs and patients. Through this, we address three specific objectives:

  1. Measuring ROI of marketing campaigns, linked to actual sales: we launched the Docquity Intent to Prescribe metric to help clients measure the direct business impact of campaigns.
  2. Commercial outsourcing: we built strong distributor relationships across the region, combining their strengths with our deep network insights to help clients expand sales and improve margins. For one of our clients, we turned around a mature product, with declining revenues in a competitive market, to grow at 5% on an annual basis.
  3. Patient adherence and support: by digitizing operations and onboarding HCPs directly through our platform, we increased HCP registrations to PAP programs and significantly decreased patient drop-off rates. A clear ROI of this approach for one of our clients has been a more than two month increase in the average Patients On-Treatment duration.
