I joined Docquity 4 years ago, and have always been grateful for the culture I have experienced. Joining Docquity was one of the best decisions I made, and I have found some of my best friends here. It continues to be an amazing experience, working for an amazing company.

I have been fortunate enough to join companies that put learning and growth as their key values. But I have never seen this put to action more than what I have experienced in Docquity. Docquity and its founders encourage all employees to learn, think of new ideas, and challenge the status quo. It is in these cycles of brainstorming, experimenting, failures, and discovery, are where we find the best solutions.

I joined Docquity just after completing my MBA and since then, each day has been filled with learning and new experiences. The openness and collaboration amongst colleagues, as well as the diversity and flexibility in working helps bring out the best in us. Having a flat organizational structure, the team is supportive and motivating. I am glad to work with a great bunch of versatile and curious people.

I have been with Docquity for about 1.5 years. During this period I have been fortunate in my role to work on a wide variety of projects that touch multiple parts of the organization. Interacting with stakeholders across departments has contributed significantly to my personal growth, enabling me to think cross-functionally in a uniquely collaborative environment.

2022 marked 2 years into my journey with Docquity. Coming from a non-healthcare background Docquity has not only accelerated my learnings within this industry, but maximized my cross cultural interactions for which I am grateful. The management is very supportive inÂ helping us whenever needed, and the team across countries is helpful in enabling us to play our role even though we have never met in person.

I have been working with Docquity as Sr. SDE for over a year. From the start I have received a lot of support from within the organization. We have weekly knowledge sharing sessions and brainstorming meetings that have benefited my personal growth. Learning and overcoming differences has always been the motto within the team and I am thankful to Docquity for encouraging such collaborations.
