Definitions
Docquity shall mean Docquity PTE Ltd, a Singapore registered company with its registered office at 06-17, 7 Rivervale Crescent, Singapore 545085.
Docquity Mobile App shall mean the Smartphone App offered by Docquity, which is installed and used on Smartphone device
Docquity application User shall mean a customer who has signed up for Docquity and has downloaded the application.

Enrollment & Usage
It is the Docquity application user responsibility to share the correct details with Docquity at the time of enrolling into the Program. Docquity shall reserve the right to offer the application by invitation to any prospective Docquity users as it may deem fit. Enrolment to the application is at the sole discretion of Docquity and it may refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reasons. All data relating to the Docquity users shall be protected and used by Docquity in the manner indicated in Docquity Privacy Policy.

Termination of Membership
A Docquity user may terminate his/her Docquity membership by uninstalling the application. Disqualification of a Docquity user, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud, misuse of the application or acts in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances, may result in immediate termination of membership.

Intellectual Property Rights: Service Content, Software and Trademarks
Docquity user acknowledges and agrees that the membership may contain content that is protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Docquity, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Membership or the content, in whole or in part. In connection with your use of the membership you shall not engage in or use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods. The technology and software underlying or related to the Service is the property of Docquity, our affiliates and our partners (the “Software”). You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Docquity.

Miscellaneous
Settlement of disputes: terms and conditions, set herein, shall be governed by the laws of India only. All disputes arising under the terms and conditions shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. Only in case, such negotiations are unsuccessful, the member shall resort to legal recourse, which shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi only. All claims and disputes arising under the terms and conditions should be notified to Docquity within 15 working days from the event date after which no Docquity user shall have any claim against Docquity.
Docquity shall have the right to transfer, assign and sell in any manner, in whole or in part, the Docquity application to any third party of its choice without reference or intimation to the Docquity users.
All logos and trademarks on the Docquity website, input devices, mobile apps and catalogs are owned by the Docquity.

Disclaimer of Warranties
USER'S USE OF THE MEMBERSHIP IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. THE MEMBERSHIP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. DOCQUITY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DOCQUITY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE MEMBERSHIP WILL MEET MEMBER'S REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY THE MEMBER THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET MEMBER'S EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability
MEMBER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT DOCQUITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF DOCQUITY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF MEMBER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our members and their transactions. This section explains how we protect and use your information in safe, secure and responsible manner. We value our member's privacy.

Information We Collect
When members interact with Docquity through the application, Docquity may collect Personal Data and other information from then member, as further described below —
Personal Data that users provide through the Application: We collect personal data from the members when he/she voluntarily provides such information such as when member registers for access to the application.
By voluntarily providing us with personal data, users are consenting to Docquity use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If user provide personal data, user acknowledges and agrees that such Personal Data may be transferred from user’s current location to the offices and servers of Docquity.
Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data: When users interact through the application, we also receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify a member. Docquity may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Docquity affiliates, agents or service providers. Docquity may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors or users of the program, numbers for our partners, the number of visitors to each page of our website, the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers, and how our users use and interact with the application. Also, in an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the application, Docquity may conduct research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis. Docquity may share this non-identifiable and aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners, but this type of non-identifiable and aggregate information does not identify a user personally. Docquity may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
In operating the application, Docquity may also use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Program gives to a your browser when you access our website. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the application and help us analyze application usage more accurately. For instance, our Program may set a cookie on your browser that allows you to access the Program without needing to remember and then enter a password more than once during a visit to the Program. In all cases in which we use cookies, we will not collect Personal Data except with your permission. On most web browsers, you will find a “help” section on the toolbar. Please refer to this section for information on how to receive notification when you are receiving a new cookie and how to turn cookies off. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on because they allow you to take advantage of some of the Program’s features.

Use of Member's Personal Data and Other Information
Docquity uses the personal data users provide in a manner that is consistent with this privacy policy. If you provide personal data for a certain reason, we may use the personal data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use the personal data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide personal data in order to obtain access to the Docquity Services, we will use your personal data to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. Docquity and its subsidiaries and affiliates may also use your personal data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the program to help us improve the content and functionality of the program, to better understand our users, and to improve the Docquity application. Docquity and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you.
If Docquity intends on using any personal data in any manner that is not consistent with this privacy policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the personal data is collected.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information
Docquity is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below — Related Companies: We may also share your Personal Data with our Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: Docquity, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include maintaining databases, sending emails and SMS messages, offering and developing certain features of the application, and maintenance and security. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function
Legal Requirements: Docquity may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation or assist government enforcement agencies, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Docquity or our users, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, (iv) protect against legal liability, (v) protect the security or integrity of the Services.
With the Ability to Opt-Out: We do not share Personal Data with other third-party organizations for their marketing or promotional uses without your consent except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-out.

Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal Data collected by Docquity other than personal data collected through the application. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Docquity through the Program or any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as public forums (collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Docquity shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such unsolicited Information without limitation or attribution.

Security
Docquity takes reasonable steps to protect the personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet, email, mobile or other electronic transmission is ever fully secure or error free, so you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us in this way.

Other Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of this application is subject to Docquity’s Terms & Conditions located at our website.

Changes to Docquity's Privacy Policy:
The application and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for Docquity to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Docquity reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data.
