    Position description:

    As the Head of Communications, this is a uniqueopportunity to shape the company’s future. In this role the company offers you to create and build a broader Comms& Marketing (C&M) playbook designed for the long run alongside theC&M team.     Reporting to the Director of Communications andMarketing, incumbent shall be an experienced and talented communications leaderresponsible for building the overall communications strategy and roadmap. Goals shall include building Docquity's trust and reputation and contributing to user andcustomer acquisition, engagement and retention, as well as defining and drivinggo-to-market strategy and roadmap for existing and new markets for the company. 

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Drive overall comms strategy, plans and roadmap and own the execution of the plan
    • Build trust and reputation proactively, as well as reactively when there is an issue/crisis
    • Lead leadership profiling for our founders and executives and enhance storytelling efforts across the region in line with our brand, culture and values
    • Partner with peers from marketing, and stakeholders across product, commercial, partnership to drive comms objectives
    • Co-manage a network of agency partners across the region with Head of Marketing to shape and evolve comms strategy
    • Instill communications discipline and accountability by advancing team’s impact through measurement covering but not limited to brand awareness and perception, media awareness, perception and influenc
    • Grow with our company’s culture and values and operate at the highest level of integrity consistently
