Work Experience:Worked in the Medical or Technology industry for a min. of 5 years

Academic Qualification - Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Sales/ or relevant field
Expectations from you
Cultivating relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities.
Account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development.
Managing the sales lifecycle process from the first meeting to client signing, handover to Pharma solutions, account expansion, and renewals.
Achieve growth & meet sales targets
Advisor to the Partnerships and Content teams, on desired TA and contents.
Performance monitoring of the team and reporting to leadership.
Develop new business solutions/growth in partnership with the Product development team and potential clients/partners.
Build a high performing team that surpasses business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Develop and empower the Sales team, to grow as the business grows.
Employ dynamic people that can achieve more than their role description.
