    The Head of Business Development & Sales will lead the sales and business development efforts of the country. Manage C suite relationships, open opportunities, and meet client needs to assist the ongoing profile of Docquity that leads to sales achievements. Driven to not only meet customer outcomes but develop and lead a talented sales team with a culture of success.

    Job Title: Head - Business Development & Sales

    Work Experience:Worked in the Medical or Technology industry for a min. of 5 years

    Location – Selangor, Malaysia

    Academic Qualification - Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Sales/ or relevant field

    Expectations from you

    • Cultivating relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities.

    • Account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development.

    • Managing the sales lifecycle process from the first meeting to client signing, handover to Pharma solutions, account expansion, and renewals.

    • Achieve growth & meet sales targets

    • Advisor to the Partnerships and Content teams, on desired TA and contents.

    • Performance monitoring of the team and reporting to leadership.

    • Develop new business solutions/growth in partnership with the Product development team and potential clients/partners.

    • People Management:

      • Build a high performing team that surpasses business objectives and customer satisfaction.

      • Develop and empower the Sales team, to grow as the business grows.

      • Employ dynamic people that can achieve more than their role description.

      • Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and fun right across the team.
