{"id":41896,"date":"2026-06-29T09:09:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T01:09:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/docquity.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=41896"},"modified":"2026-06-29T09:27:34","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T01:27:34","slug":"kesempatan-tak-datang-dua-kali-lindungi-buah-hati-dari-infeksi-di-tahun-pertamanya","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/docquity.com\/id\/news\/kesempatan-tak-datang-dua-kali-lindungi-buah-hati-dari-infeksi-di-tahun-pertamanya\/","title":{"rendered":"KESEMPATAN TAK DATANG DUA KALI: LINDUNGI BUAH HATI DARI INFEKSI DI TAHUN PERTAMANYA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">TAHUN PERTAMA KEHIDUPAN: ANCAMAN 6 PENYAKIT SERIUS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahun pertama kehidupan merupakan periode paling rentan terhadap infeksi serius pada bayi.1 Sistem imun bayi yang belum matang serta menurunnya antibodi maternal dalam bulan-bulan pertama membuat bayi berisiko tinggi mengalami penyakit berat.2\u20134 Bayi, terutama yang berusia di bawah 6 bulan, memiliki risiko tertinggi mengalami komplikasi serius atau kematian bila terinfeksi pertusis.5 Oleh karena itu, perlindungan sejak dini melalui imunisasi menjadi krusial.6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bayi di bawah usia 1 tahun rentan terhadap 6 penyakit infeksi berbahaya yang dapat dicegah dengan vaksin: difteri, tetanus, pertusis, hepatitis B, poliomielitis, dan infeksi Haemophilus influenzae tipe B (Hib).7 Beban komplikasi dan kematian akibat pertusis paling berat terjadi pada bayi usia &lt;3 bulan. Bayi baru lahir, terutama yang berusia di bawah 3 bulan, berisiko tinggi terkena penyakit parah akibat batuk rejan karena sistem kekebalan tubuh mereka yang belum matang dan ketidakmampuan untuk divaksinasi sepenuhnya.8 Pada kelompok usia ini, hingga 93% bayi memerlukan perawatan di rumah sakit, dan prevalensi komplikasi mencapai 23,1%.9,10<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infeksi pada bayi, terutama pertusis dan meningitis, dapat berkembang menjadi penyakit berat seperti pneumonia\/komplikasi paru, kejang dan ensefalopati, serta dapat berujung kematian, sementara Hib dikenal dapat menyebabkan infeksi invasif seperti meningitis.11\u201313 Program imunisasi nasional menargetkan penyakit-penyakit tersebut agar dapat dikendalikan sedini mungkin di awal kehidupan anak.6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gambar 1.
